What to expect before you walk in or book, at either salon.
Booking and deposits
Walk in any time we are open, or book a time online at either salon. Booked clients keep their time: your technician starts when you arrive, ahead of walk-ins. No deposit is needed for ordinary services; a group of six or more may be asked for one to hold the chairs.
Canceling and running late
Tell us at least two hours before your time if you cannot make it, and a day before for a group. Up to ten minutes late is fine; after that we may shorten your service or move you to the next opening.
If you miss an appointment
A missed time is time another client could have used. After a missed appointment we ask that your next visit be a walk-in, and a call or text puts you back on the book.
Children and companions
Children are welcome with an adult beside them. Kids' services are for ages 6 to 12, and we ask that other young children stay seated at the table or in the waiting area.
Patch tests and allergies
Tell us if you have reacted to a nail product, or if you have a cut or an infection on your hands or feet. We may ask you to see your doctor first and will gladly rebook you. If you have diabetes or a wound on your foot, check with your doctor before a pedicure.
If you're not happy
Tell us within a few days and we will make it right. If your nails were done elsewhere, book removal first, and please do not pull off gel or acrylic yourself.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can leave one for your technician at the counter, in cash or on the card machine, or when you book.
