Questions
What people ask first
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, at both salons every day we are open. Give your name at the counter and we tell you the wait. The line closes 30 minutes before we do.
Which salon should I go to?
Whichever is closer. The menu, the coupons and the booking page are the same, and the technicians' pages say where each one works.
How do I book?
Choose a salon, a service and a time on the booking page, or call the salon. Booked clients keep their time, so your technician starts when you arrive.
Can I bring a group?
Yes. For four or more, tell us the day and the number of guests and we hold neighboring tables and a row of chairs. See the groups page.
How long does a set take?
A new set takes about 90 minutes and a fill about 60. Art adds time; we tell you how much before we start.
What is the difference between gel polish, dip, acrylic and soft-gel?
Gel polish is a thin colored layer cured under a lamp. Dip is colored powder over your own nail. Acrylic and soft-gel build length and shape. Ask at the table and we will show you each.
Do I need to book removal?
If your nails were done somewhere else, yes: book removal first so we have the time to take it off gently. Please do not pull off gel or acrylic yourself.
Can I bring a picture?
Please do. Show it at the counter or text it to us, and we will tell you the time and what it needs.
What if a nail lifts?
Tell us within a few days and we will make it right.
How do you clean your tools?
We clean and disinfect metal tools between clients. Each client gets a new file and buffer.
Can I bring a friend or a child?
Yes. Children need an adult beside them, and kids' services are for ages 6 to 12.
Does a coupon work at both salons?
Yes. Show it at the counter at Walnut Street or Broadway Boulevard and ask what it covers.
